Dark Clouds Of Death
Visionaries believe that with the advancing technology, the face of future war will be no less brutal and inclement than the present ones. Smell of gun powder would fill the farms, mushroom clouds would shroud the heavens and its fowls, our deserts would have sparkling grains of radioactive sand, and deadly eerie would cover the face of Earth in annihilating glow of fear. We would witness our forests turning into a graves of erect, shrivelled, and lifeless row of thorns, and our skyscrapers will form into our very own burial chambers.
This could just be a little portion of the unseen reality. Wars may be unavoidable as nations are desperate for power. They already possess deadly weapons and exterminating tools of terror. And, those who can see beyond the visible truth, would have predicted the possibility of a war without losing human lives.

Future Soldiers With Real Nerves Of Steel
A race of metallic warriors that will never bleed, that would feel no pain, never rest, and never die. A race, truly merciless and soulless to the core of its mechanical heart.
With armour forged with hardened steel, men would wreck havoc on their enemies. Men would fight men, while staying safe behind their indestructible shield.
It would be a kind of war that many would have dreamed of, a vision that some would have envisioned - a battle without death. A war that will be fought without actually fighting. A battle where there will be no bloodshed.
We could take it too a whole new level of imagination, where army men may sit in front of sophisticated console, controlling their bots and drones with joysticks.

Hmm... A War Without War?
While war is not loved by anyone, except for some who really are desperate for it at all times. They might have their own reasons - business, economical benefits, international trade, reducing population, etc.
Whatever may the reason be, wars never brings peace. Or, it may bring peace while stacking piles of dead bodies, which will eventually provide a long time period of sorrow that might look like piece peace.
Steel soldiers, I think, would never replace the idea of a real battle. The fear of loss of lives and power, is the sole and core idea hidden behind every war. If there are no human sacrifices in a war, the battle would be meaningless. No, I am not a misanthrope, an antisocial, or asocial person who hates the existence of mankind itself, but soon you'll know what I am talking about.
When countries are at war, they lose soldiers on either side. And, it's that very feeling of loss that stops them from fighting further. It's that bloody ground of the battlefield, the smell of dry blood that fills the air, the heart shattering outcries, the past-war silence, those eyes staring out the window with hope, that makes a war a memorable mark of honour and sacrifice.
Wish world would have been different, where we didn't have to kill to win. Instead, we could lose to others, if we had to, to win hearts. Wish we were all satisfied with the power we already have. Yes, I know that place is called, Utopia, or Heaven, and both are yet to be discovered for real.
If at all in the future, we come up with robots that would fight enemy robots, we would have to overcome our long-carried notion of slaughter to win battles. Because, if we don't give up the idea of killing, which I guess we would not, the steel warriors would only be appreciated in the movie theatres. Humans are never satisfied until they see their enemies fall, suffer, bleed, burn, and die in pain.
Over and Out
Let mankind quit their brutal ways. Though, it may only be a product of my wishful thinking, and of many others, I look forward to get a glimpse a shooting star, or a real Santa, to grant me my humble wish for this Christmas.
Have a blessed, Thanksgiving, in advance :)
